A Rosy Belated Monday

Rose Byrne's name came up about a month and a half ago, during the painfully long search for the next Bond girl (a bad harbinger if you ask me, but that's best left for another post). While she certainly doesn't look the part of the usual temptress, it was kind of nice to see her name pop up, if only for the momentary recognition.

I didn't see Rose in Wicker Park but did see her in Troy. There's very little from that film that was worth remembering, but I was hoping that her career would get some big breaks, like that of her co-star Eric Bana.

I think Rose is certainly very attractive, but she's not very good at working the camera (she doesn't smile enough!). But I did pick out a couple of really great pictures from a photoshoot she did with Allure magazine in 2004.
