A Looming Presence
I'm willing to bet that a lot of people think that Henry Kissinger is the spawn of the devil, but I didn't realize that even the State Department recognizes him as its current head since before his birth.
Actually, there were even more errors before in the State Department's online canon of past SecStates, but the webmaster rectified most of them. This entry, though, seemed to have slipped through, for reasons unknown.
