Doesn't Ohio Care?
If Rep. Stephanie Tubb Jones (D-OH-11) and Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) thinks that Ohioans are getting shafted, then why did…
- None of Ohio's two senators vote for the objection?
- Only two Ohio's eighteen representatives vote for the objection, Tubb Jones herself and Dennis Kucinich?
- Only two of Ohio's six Democratic representatives voted for the objection?
- John Kerry not support the objection?
And another few questions raised by this story:
- If Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY) thinks Tubb Jones has a point, then why didn't she sponsor her, and ended up voting against the objection?
- Does it really help to have Dennis "Department of Peace" Kucinich on your side?
Official vote results, in the House and Senate.
